Once you book, you'll get access to a styling guide to plan your look — and I'll help curate outfits that photograph well and feel true to you.
Real direction the whole way through, and a playlist to match. Bad weather isn't a problem either — rescheduling is always free.
Your hand-edited gallery lands in 2–3 weeks. At your in-person reveal, we design your prints and albums — your story, elevated onto the wall.

One fully guided portrait experience — from styling and planning through the final reveal — with five social-sharing digital images included. Finished artwork, albums, and additional images are available separately.

How the reveal works
Your fully guided session — styled, directed, and unhurried. You show up; I handle the rest.
Two to three weeks later, we sit down together and see your hand-edited images for the first time.
Your five favorite social-sharing images are already included. From there, you can add more digital images and design framed artwork and albums for your home.
This is a designed experience, start to finish. Your five included images are web and social resolution, intended for personal digital use and online sharing — they don't include print rights. Finished wall art, albums, books, and additional social-sharing images are chosen separately at your reveal. Families & couples welcome, and I'll build the session around you.

About two to three weeks after your session, you'll return for an in-person reveal — the moment we see your hand-edited images together for the first time. Five social-sharing digital images of your choice are already included with your Portrait Experience. From there, you can choose additional images and design framed artwork, albums, and other finished pieces if you'd like.
Yes. Every Portrait Experience includes five social-sharing digital images of your choice. These files are optimized for personal digital use and online sharing and do not include print rights. Additional social-sharing images and the complete social gallery are available separately, along with professional wall art, albums, and prints at your reveal.
Nothing is lost. Rescheduling a portrait session is completely free — or, if you're game, we move indoors for moody window light or shoot in it, because wet pavement and grey sky are quietly some of the best light there is.
Yes! Pets are family — just give me a heads-up so I can plan accordingly and make sure everyone's comfortable and camera-ready.
Good — that means you're normal. You'll never be left standing there guessing: I call out posture, hands, chin, and energy the whole way through, and we build to the good frames instead of hunting for them. I pursued modeling myself just to learn how it feels on your side of the lens, and it's the single most useful thing I ever did for my clients.

Yes! I'm based in Danville, VA, but I travel all over Virginia and beyond. Whether it's a mountaintop, beach, or bustling city block — I'm game if it tells your story. Locally, we're spoiled: warehouse-district brick, the Riverwalk, downtown murals, farms, and pine forests are all minutes away.
I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for busy seasons. But if you're last minute, reach out — I might surprise you.
